Editorial and news tips

Story tips, documents, and editorial questions: editorial@onemorething.news

We read everything sent to this address. We cannot promise to cover every tip, and we do not publish material we have been unable to verify against a named or documentary source. If you are sharing something sensitive, say so in your first message and we will agree on a safer channel before you send anything further.

We do not accept guest posts, sponsored articles, or link-insertion requests. Messages of that kind are not answered.

Corrections and complaints

To report a factual error: editorial@onemorething.news, with the article URL and the passage concerned.

We aim to assess every correction request within two business days. When an error is confirmed, the article is amended and a dated correction note is appended at the foot of the piece; we do not silently rewrite published text. Where a correction changes the substance of an article, the headline and summary are updated to match. Requests we decline are answered with our reasons.

Complaints about a specific advertisement should go to ads@onemorething.news — we do not choose individual ads, but we can block a specific advertiser or category.

Advertising and partnerships

Commercial enquiries: ads@onemorething.news

Advertising is served programmatically and is kept visually separate from editorial content. Advertisers have no sight of, or influence over, what we cover. This mailbox is not read by anyone making editorial decisions.

Privacy and data requests

Data protection enquiries: privacy@onemorething.news

Under the GDPR you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, its correction or erasure, a restriction on how it is processed, a copy in a portable format, or you may object to processing altogether. You can also withdraw your cookie consent at any time from the consent panel, without giving a reason and without losing access to any part of the site.

We answer these requests within one month, as the regulation requires. If your request is complex we will tell you before that deadline and explain the delay. You retain the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.

Details of what we collect and why are set out in our privacy policy.
